- Leave Requests - Employees can request time off directly from their portal. They can even send requests to more than one admin manager for action. You can restrict employees from taking more time than they have allowed (optional).
- Onboarding Checklists - Create checklists for onboarding, offboarding, training, or anything you like. Have employees check off uploading or downloading files, watching videos, and signing documents. Admin users can cross-check everything is done properly, and reminder emails ensure nothing is missed.
- Recruitment & Applicant Tracking - Post jobs on your company portal and accept candidate applications online (and yes, we integrate with Indeed!). Invite existing admins & employees to be on selection panels and use scorecards to rate and move employees through the pipeline.
- Timesheets - Set up timesheet templates for groups of employees and have them assigned automatically each pay period. Admin users can collect timesheets and be reminded of anyone not completing them on time. Export to your favourite payroll system.
- Reminders - Set reminders for important anniversaries or renewal dates, and let HR Partner remind you via in app messages and email. This is great for recognizing birthdays and work anniversaries!
- Employee Self Service Portal - Employees can log on to their own portal to update address & contact details, or post a profile about themselves. They can look at company news, org. chart, employee directory, classified ads, and request time off from here.
