Winners of the Customer Service Organisation of the Year (Small), the Fathom team attended the prestigious 2022 CSIA awards with Australia’s best service excellence organisations. Read on for our full wrap.

Fathom joined an outstanding group of Australian organisations representing a broad range of sectors at the recent Customer Service Institute of Australia’s (CSIA) prestigious Service Excellence Awards. These awards recognise best practice, performance, and innovation in customer service.

We are thrilled to announce that Fathom took out the top prize in our category: 2022 Customer Service Organisation of the Year (Small).

This award recognises how we champion customer service excellence at every level of the company.

We take pride in serving our customers and placing them at the heart of everything we do: from Fathom's game-changing product design and user experience, to our fast and attentive customer support.

A rigorous process, the awards criteria are based on the International Customer Service Standards covering four key tenets: (1) culture, (2) consistency, (3) quality, and (4) business performance. The CSIA received hundreds of high-calibre award submissions this year.

Our congratulations to our fellow category finalists, Sleeping Duck and Nationwide Corporate Services. Congratulations also to Fathom customer, Centerrino Technologies, for taking out three awards: Customer Service Organisation of the Year (Medium), Service Excellence in a Medium Contact Centre, and Customer Service Executive of the Year going to founder and CEO, Adam Centorrino.
