New Feature: To-Do List

Never forget the little things—set reminders with our new To-Do List feature


Quickly create reminders on the go with the To-Do List.

Remind yourself to send a quote, make time to chat with a teammate, or maybe pick up that tool you left on site.

Find the To-Do List on the top-right menu of both Office and Field.

Materials: Change the stock location on Tasks, POs and Bills

You can now quickly and easily change the stock holder


Made a mistake recording where stock was taken from?

We've added the ability to edit the stock location of line items on Tasks, Purchase Orders and Bills. Click the stock holder to select a new location on any material item. Just look for the blue text.

Office: Notes update

We've modernised the look of the Notes section


We’ve spruced up the Notes section in AroFlo Office—this is to make way for some exciting new functionality. Stay tuned for more info in the coming weeks!

Projects: Export Reports

Project reports can now be exported


You can now export Project reports as HTML, PDF or CSV, just like in the Reports area.

Field: Purchase Order Supplier Selection

More easily navigate suppliers on Purchase Orders


It's now more intuitive with standardised buttons, navigation and filters. It makes the selection of a supplier just that little bit easier.

We've refreshed the Purchase Order Documents and Photos screen


Our latest Field makeover is Purchase Order Documents and Photos.

Simply tap the plus button to upload files or take a photo to attach to a Purchase Order.

AroFlo Fundraiser:

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea



Last month, AroFlo participated in the Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser.

Together, we raised over $2,500—the funds raised go towards vital cancer research, support services, prevention programs, and advocacy.

The proceeds could provide 1571 children with SunSmart education or 38 calls to cancer professionals or, 20 days of PhD student's research.
