Keep timekeeping accurate with new editing functionality

June 10, 2021

Would you like an easy way to adjust what times have been clocked on and off? The latest simPRO update starts rolling into builds and provides office staff the ability to do just that by adjusting the clock-on and clock-off times for all members of the team.

Edit the hours worked

Sometimes errors are made, especially by staff busy out in the field. Long days and unexpected problems in the day can lead to inaccurate clocking on and off via simPRO Mobile, which means data in simPRO may not reflect the actual hours worked by staff. Following the latest update, selected staff in the office can now easily edit the clock on and off times of other employees. It's as simple as viewing the hours, and adjusting the times!

Ensure start and finish times remain accurate

Having the ability to edit these, means that your data in simPRO is even more accurate, allowing you to ensure your labour reporting is aligned with the hours each staff member is truly working. It’s important to note that these adjustments cannot be made for future scheduled times, or past times that are already locked and ready for payroll to process.

Edits completed? Print any timesheet off and trust that the data is 100% with what was worked in reality.
