Grech starts with Xero this week.

There is a significant opportunity to align go-to-market execution with the strong foundations that have been built to take Xero to this next phase of growth.”

Singh Cassidy said: “I’m very excited to welcome Ashley to Xero and our executive leadership team. I extend my personal thanks for Rachael’s support, loyalty and for helping the Board and I plan for the new phase of leadership at Xero. On behalf of everyone at Xero, we wish Rachael all the very best in her next chapter.”
