This February, we’re pumped to be hitting Australia’s major cities and regional towns for – you guessed it – Xero Roadshow 2023! From Geelong to the Gold Coast and Parramatta to Perth, we’ll be touring 17 locations between 7 to 27 February.

Since we last hit the road in March 2022, the world has continued to experience lots of change (like talent shortages, rising inflation and cost of living pressures). For the advisory community, this has no doubt come with its challenges. But there are also huge opportunities in how the industry can move forward; becoming stronger and more resilient at a time when uncertainty is the only sure thing.

This is exactly what Roadshow is all about – empowering you to make your next move (whatever that may be) to create a more adaptable, strategic and digital practice.

Exploring the agenda

This year’s theme, Every step counts, is a reminder that wherever you are in your journey, any action can be a positive move forward. The agenda is packed with hands-on content to point you in the right direction, from exploring the latest payroll features to unlocking insights faster with new reporting upgrades (and so much more). Inspiration is also on the menu, with sessions to spark fresh ideas and engaging discussions.

Like last year, we’ve invited accountants and bookkeepers from across Australia to take the spotlight on stage. You’ll hear from your peers on some of the industry’s most important issues, such as the skills shortage and embracing the new world of work.

Ultimately, Roadshow will not only leave you with plenty of food for thought, but also practical learnings and strategies to help you take your next step. For a closer look at the full agenda, head here or reach out to your account manager for more details.

Making space for connection

Hands down, one of our favourite things about being on the road is bringing our partner community together to reconnect in person. So whether you’re going with your team or solo, be sure to save some time for networking.

Of course, this includes catching up with our app partners! We’ll have an impressive lineup of exhibitors at each location, which is a great opportunity to ask questions and learn more about which apps are right for your practice and clients.

What’s more, you could even nab yourself some prizes. Thanks to our friends at Qantas, there’ll be a bunch of frequent flyer points up for grabs. And if luck is on your side, you could put these towards a ticket to see the Matildas in action at the FIFA Women’s World Cup. We’ve got heaps of double passes to give away, as well as some Xerocon tickets to top it all off.

Uncovering the state of the industry

While the current environment may bring challenges – for advisors, the future’s looking bright. Which is why our keynote session will set the scene with a deep dive into our latest research, State of the industry – a report offering a comprehensive snapshot of today’s accounting and bookkeeping world.

Together, we’ll explore valuable insights, like how client expectations have shifted since the pandemic, which service offerings are most in demand, and how practices are bracing for economic disruption. All so you can benchmark your firm and leverage the storm clouds.

So what comes next – both for your own Xero journey and the industry as a whole? Find out by joining us at a Roadshow near you this February (and gain some CPD while you’re there). We can’t wait to see you soon.

Why leave it there?
