Your Xero login experience is changing

To continue to deliver best practice security standards for all Xero products, from 9 June you may notice a new login screen when you access your WorkflowMax, Xero Practice Manager or Xero Tax  account/s. This update will be released gradually over the next two weeks to all our customers.

New Xero login experience

The new login experience is part of a larger Xero-wide project to move from the existing login technology to a new platform called Identity. As you will see, we’ve made some big changes to the overall look of the platform. We’ve removed the clutter and refreshed the colour palette for a more professional feel, enabling you to login in faster.

As part of a global rollout plan, from 9 June, WorkflowMax, Xero Practice Manager and Xero tax customers will be the first to experience this new and improved look. After the initial rollout and over the coming months, we’ll gradually be migrating all Xero Business Edition subscribers.

Please note: This experience will only be available on the WorkflowMax/Xero Practice Manager web application, not on mobile yet.

So, don’t be alarmed when you see the new login screen. The changes that we’ve made some of which will be invisible to you, are all part of our commitment to implementing security best practices.
